With well over 20+ years in the industry and experience across all departments including Operations, Sales, Property Management & Human Resources, Jodie is considered a guru with regard to business operations, culture, growth and leadership.

An ability to develop people and set the foundations to fast track growth has seen Jodie undertake a variety of roles with great success, including her tenure as a General Manager and Officer in Effective control which saw her become one of the driving forces in the transformation of a business of 20 people into one of the largest in South-East Melbourne – boasting over 70 team members across multiple sites and winning numerous awards, including her own individual recognition as Operations Manager of the Year across the entire Ray White Vic/Tas network.

An ability to analyse business quickly and pinpoint areas for improvement that often go unnoticed, along with her solution focused thinking, and natural instinct for streamlining process and generating productivity, saw Jodie become regularly sought after by her peers to share her knowledge and add value, this demand eventually grew to the stage it could not be ignored and Exceed League was created.

Commencing her journey in Real Estate via a role as the Director of First Impressions in a fast paced, successful business in the South East, Cara’s abilities were quickly identified and an opportunity arose for a move into property management, however, being tech-savvy and on the forefront of digital marketing, Cara was quickly poached into the operations department in a Marketing and PR role where she was integral in creating the Customer care department and Marketing/ Social Media processes within this leading Real Estate business.

With a previously achieved qualification in her first passion, the fitness industry, Cara was approached with an offer to align all her skills and interests in fitness, marketing, media and customer service by taking on the role of studio manager of one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world “F45. This role saw Cara draw on all her combined skills to drive the business to new heights via P.R & Marketing, social media, building profile and relationships via her excellent Customer care processes and systems.

Cara has a true passion in the health and fitness industry and is a highly-valued team player who goes out of the way to build rapport and support everyone around her.

With a real estate career that dates back to 1997, Domenic has a wealth of experience and knowledge having owned and operated a number of real estate businesses across Metropolitan Melbourne.  

Prior to becoming Principal at Ray White Werribee, he was Chief Executive Officer of Ray White Victoria & Tasmania.  During his time as CEO, Ray White Victoria claimed outright market leadership selling more residential real estate than any other brand across the state.  This was a result of an aggressive recruitment plan that saw the introduction of 38 new business owners across Victoria in just four years.  

Since becoming leader at Ray White Werribee, the business has experienced 238% growth in revenue in two short years.  The property management portfolio has almost tripled in size.  None of the original team that were employed by Ray white Werribee when he joined the business are there (was a team of seven).  He has completely rebuilt the whole sales, property management and administration teams.  The business now employs 26 people, all of whom have joined in less than two years.  He has relocated the business to brand new premises and his business is the clear market leader.  All this has been achieved through the Covid19 pandemic and five state lockdowns. 

Domenic has continued to commit countless hours as a real estate mentor & trainer to many Principals across Australia since he departed his corporate role.   His primary focus has been working one on one with Principals to help develop recruitment strategies, grow sales and property management businesses, mentoring and coaching business leaders and build strong relationships.
