With 7+ years as one of the driving forces behind the largest and most successful Real Estate business in the South East area, as General Manager, Jodie was an integral part of the growth from a team of less than 20 to a multi-site business with up to 70 team members.


Recognised as Business Manager of the year within the vast Vic/Tas Ray White Network in 2015, Jodie possesses many valuable skills in business and real estate having been able to utilise her experiences from both real estate and hospitality management over many years to now provide a very unique and positive approach to business management, growth, culture, talent sourcing and team building.


Having experienced all aspects of the various roles directly along with further skills in the areas of coaching, development and training, trust accounting and rent roll acquisition, supported by being a fully licensed agent, and being at the helm of a large award-winning business for many years, Jodie is well equipped to drive success in any business.
